There are few things in education more polarizing than standardized testing. It has long divided teachers into those who believe it does more harm than good, and those who say it ensures not only the quality, but also equality, of education. But as some groups of students consistently do better at standardized tests than others, how does one tell equality from built-in cultural advantage? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Douglas Willms, a Canadian educator and president of the International Academy of Education.
