The new home-building house of cards

When bosses of house-building companies receive hundred million-pound bonuses to perform a basic commercial role but can’t provide quality products or decent customer service, you know something has gone wrong. Ross Ashcroft is joined by the designer and CEO of Open Systems Lab, Alastair Parvin, and engineer and homebuyer Paul Smith.
