The IDF announces that the bypass road located along the coast will be open for civilians to head South, as the previous corridor has turned into a battlefield. A Red Cross spokesperson says there are no safe places left in Gaza. And India's ruling party reins supreme in state elections, ousting the opposition in two of the country's largest regions.
