Moscow announces that the Wagner private military company now fully controls the key Donbass city of Artyomovsk - also known as Bakhmut, and will hand it's positions over to the Russian military in the coming days. A run-off between the top two candidates in Türkiye's Presidential election is confirmed after neither contender secures enough votes in the first round.
