Russia orders a regrouping of its troops from the northern frontlines in Ukraine, to reinforce its activities in the Donetsk region, which is being intensely shelled by Ukraine. RT takes a closer look at Ukraine's counter-offensive attempt in the HER-son region, as Kiev's troops reportedly suffer heavy losses while trying to break Russian defenses. As Washington sends another multi-billion-dollar military aid package to Ukraine, the UN sounds the alarm on how those weapons are being used in what it calls 'tremendous devastation'. One Dutch city wants to ban it to fight climate change, while, at the same time, abandoning other green initiatives.
