In the second half of the interview, he discusses why BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization have not put on a united front, Ukraine’s attack on Russia’s strategic bombers and the changing Russian view on deterrence, Russia’s failure to retaliate causing Russia’s adversaries to step up their escalations, and the increased likelihood of a Russian nuclear strike.
