Votes cast across Atlantic in Russian election
In the United States, some 30,000 people had the right to cast their vote in the Russian parliamentary election. Some of them have being living abroad for more then a decade, but they've kept their links with Russia.
Reporting from the New York City was RT’s correspondent Marina Portnaya.
She says a turnout of about 25% is expected in the United States, which is more then during the previous election in 2003.
