Mustafa Fetouri

Mustafa Fetouri is a Libyan academic, award-winning journalist and analyst.

A recipient of the European Union Freedom of The Press Award (Lebanon, 2010), Mustafa has been a weekly columnist at Middle East Monitor, UK since 2018. He is also a regular contributor to Al-Monitor, USA & Lebanon, and from 2021 he has been contributing to Washington Report on Middle East Affairs, USA. In Arabic journalism his work has been published in Deutsche Welle and Quryna Daily, Libya. He has been contributing to RT since 2021.

Mustafa regularly features on different news networks and talk shows including Al-Jazeera English, Press TV & News Central, Nigeria; SABC, South Africa & RT. Being a Libyan native, his focus, after 2011, has been his country, North Africa and the Sahel region. He graduated from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. He founded & managed the only MBA program in Libya (2007-2011).
