"We should bring the culprits to account"
Evgeny Arkhipov, the Chief Lawyer at Russia's Human Rights association, believes the security and administration of the club are responsible for having used fireworks inside the building.
“The permission to open the club was got through corruption, violations of rules and Russian laws. We should force the government to investigate these people and to bring the culprits to account,” – Arkhipov told RT.
