Child rape cases triple in Russia
Child sex abuse is a growing problem in Russia. Russia's Interior Ministry says the number of cases in 2007 tripled compared to the previous year.
Officials believe it is vital to provide minors with information about potential dangers.
But other means of tackling the problem are also needed.
Paedophiles can sometimes be found through the porn sites they visit. In late 2007, this method helped federal authorities uncover a network that's been operating around Moscow for over two years.
Authorities hope that a combined approach will help to bring this problem under control.
